My first attempt at 36 Days of Type, the Aquatic Alphabet is exactly what it sounds like: 26 letters, 26 underwater creatures, and a whole lot of love for marine life. Each letter was paired with a hand lettered and illustrated sea creature, from the familiar to the wonderfully obscure. (Quahog, anyone?)
This collection started as a personal creative challenge and turned into one of my favorite bodies of work.
