How does it work?
A retainer fee is a monthly design fee, paid at the beginning of each month before work begins. Essentially, you’re paying for time rather than a specific service.
Based on the package you select, I’ll block out the appropriate hours each month and plan my workload around you. You’ll have peace of mind knowing exactly how much work you’ll receive each month, without wondering what’s ahead of you in the queue.

Please note: The retainer program is for clients who already have their basic brand guidelines and logo complete. Logo design, large scale illustration, lettering pieces, and licensed retail art are not included. Separate packages are available upon request.

The Fine Print
A 3 month minimum commitment is required.*
At the end of 3 months, we’ll re-evaluate to make sure the hours are fitting your needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12 month commitments.
*New clients start with a 1 month commitment to make sure we're a great fit before moving into the 3 month minimum.
Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week.
Overages will be billed at the standard hourly rate. I'll always give you a heads up before we get there.
Unused hours expire at the end of each month.
This ensures I can plan my workload and show up fully for every client, every month.
You will get an invoice on the 1st of each month.
Each invoice includes the retainer rate for that month plus any additional charges from the previous month.
